- This website is purely selling your designs i.e., your design will be printed only after your order. Therefore, we don’t accept any kind of return request.
- A proper parcel opening video is required to check the damage or defect that happens with the courier partner or seller.
- If the seller sends the wrong product or defective product or someone else design, then it is the duty of the seller to send the correct product.
- If the damage happens through the courier partner then we are here to address the grievance on your (customer) behalf.
- Digital products qualify for download and hence return/exchange is not possible.
- Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you, we will provide replacement, as applicable.
